- Answer If you want to take calls over the ear buds, turn on "phone" in the settings. Audio refers to music. I keep both features on. I use these at work and it's nice being able to discreetly take calls while jamming music at work.

- Answer Yes, by placing the earbuds in the case they will both get recharged at the same time. After a few times, the case itself must be plugged in and then the whole system will be charged up and ready again.

QuestionWhen i put my Skullcandy Dime in case , they doesnot turn off and keeps paired . Also when I get the case on charge , the case indicator on cable left shows simultaneously red and green . What is thisss ??

- Answer I have found that the easiest thing to do is turn off the Bluetooth connection on your device first, and you'll hear "disconnected" then, you're good to go...

QuestionI can’t get them to come into pairing mode and only one red light comes on for the left one in the charging case do u know what the problem might be when I lift them from the charging case the light flashes red ever few seconds

- Answer This depends on volume, but I think they would go a few hours and then they can be recharged in the case again, without plugging in. My workout at the gym lasts 45 minutes, my bicycle rides are three hours... and they achieve this with no problem and power to spare.
