• Yes, this can be paired with Bluetooth capable devices such as a Smart TV or a boom box stereo with Bluetooth, and can be connected with a standard 3.5mm jack when the battery power runs out.

• If you have the ability on either to pair should probably work. Have used with Ipad, Iphone, and Ipod so far.

• I believe you can use this on a Television ONLY if you have a surround sound system that has blutooth capability. I have a Sony XST surround system , and I do believe I have that feature But I have not tried it myself.
