With them on you ears, turn them off. Go to your Bluetooth menu on your device you want to connect them to, now press and hold the power button on the headphones until they say, "pairing." Search with your device and they should be listed. Press the Hesh 2,you should then connect .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, they connect by bluetooth signal. Like the bluetooth of your phone, tablet, PC or TV on some cases. If you want to connect to your TV probably you need to purchase an Output Audio Bluetooth Transmitter. That is going to transmit your TV audio and you can listen with the headphones on that way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You need to turn Bluetooth off for currently paired devices if you are trying to use Headphone with another device. On mobiles, it works as breeze but Windows takes some time to connect.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I too have a problem with the Hesh 2. After three weeks they decided not to pair with any of my devices. I did all that is recommended to try and fix the problem to no avail. I am claiming a warranty issue but it is at my expense to return and a 4 to 6 week inconvenience.
