You would go to setting
Turn Bluetooth on discovery mode and turn on headphones when you see the headphone you woul connect

Turn the headphones on and then turn on the Bluetooth on the phone from the settings page. They should connect.

The source you are listening to must have bluetooth in order to connect to the headphones wirelessly.

You would need to have Bluetooth on your stereo. Otherwise you need cordless headphones that have a corded base that transmits the signal.
