• 30 ft is about right but it really depends on what is in-between you and your source device. Walls are almost never an issue but bodies ( even your own ) tend to disrupt the Bluetooth signal.

• Pretty far. I can listen to music when my phone is two rooms away :) So I'd say a good 30 to 40 feet for the best sound quality

• I had my phone in the living room went to the pool n still worked well is about 25' or so

• The range in feet on Bluetooth all depends on interference from other objects. I have Bluetooth speakers I can go a ways a way from 10-25 feet and work fine but sometimes with other Bluetooth or wireless items in the path it can be limited to less than 3 feet.
