- Answer The Hesh 3's do not have adjustable bass. We would recommend our Crusher 360's and Crusher ANC's for headphones with adjustable bass.

- Answer Hi, I had a hard time pairing these the first time around too. Try this: Start with headphones turned off. Press and hold the power button and you'll hear them say "power on", but keep holding that button for a few more seconds and you should also hear "pairing". From there you should be able to pair the headphones to your smart tv from the tv menu.

- Answer Hmm, I have not used a DVD player in probably 7 years but I don't know that they send sound out via Bluetooth since it's sends the sound and picture to the TV. My advice would be to learn to play those dvds on a laptop or stream them and connect headphones to the laptop.

- Answer they said so, but this headphone has a well known defect where it plastic hinge get broken and if you report that they will never respond they even broke their claim web page intentionally

- Answer Will fit most people. And it does have adjustable headband. Unless your head is freakishly huge, i think it will fit you just fine. Also, most bestbuy store have this on display. You should try it first before buying.

QuestionPlz advise if there is a way to over-ride the factory set volume control limiter. I suffer an 85% bi-lateral hearing loss and find that the maximum volume of the Hesh3 headphones fall just a little bit short, in some situations.

- Answer My pair was ready out the box i charged it for maybe a hour ran like a champ. My thoughts are it seems like the battery is bad or the internal wire connections to charge the battery are not properly connected. I would exchange them for a new pair.
