Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They pairing works fin for me. Make sure the device you are trying to connect to is broadcasting it's bluetooth connection. For example, if you have an iPhone, go to settings and select bluetooth and see if the Hesh ANC appears then select it. If it does not see the headphones then turn them off then on and hold down the pairing button until the voice command says Pairing, then check the iPhone again. This approach is the same as you would do for any device you want to pair with. Make sure you open the settings for bluetooth on the device and look for the Hesh ANC
