“Hi! I’m older and not tech savvy at all. I just brought this home and can’t even make the plug go i to the slot at the bottom of the headset to charge it. I see where it’s supposed to go but it won’t let me plug it i . Please help me. Thank you.”

Try turning the plug around , make sure the shape matches, and give it a strong push. it will get easier to plug in after a few times. I had the same resistance at first.

Yeah I had same problem, so I just cut the rubber plug off and have had no problems.

That is the worst part of these headphones. The little rubber "door" keeps the plug from seating. Your only option is to try to hold it down with your finger nail. It takes some practice but can be done. Otherwise, they're great headphones.
