• Yes they can pair to multiple devices. TVs on the other hand i havent tryed it yet...

• It's clearly bluetooth. I was wondering if you had two phones, would it be possible to connect to both phones and answer either one that rang at the time

• They can not. They are not Bluetooth. They are wired and plug into your single device.
