- Answer There is an orange button on the outside of each earbud for touch controls. There is also an app you can download to tweak additional settings... one of the tweaks may be to customize touch control functions, but I don't remember exactly.

- Answer No you can not swim with them. Sweat proof not water proof.... And I would recommend wiping them down immediately after any heavy exercise or use. Also even if the earbuds are sweat / water proof the case is NOT. If you put a wet pair of buds into a case you will ruin the case and it will stop charging the earbuds.

- Answer If you mean, does it pick up other transmissions and rebroadcast them, the answer is not in my experience. If you mean, can you hear outside sounds while using them, the answer is yet, but you have some control via the app over the amount that comes through.
