Press and hold the left ear bud button for 10 seconds or until the light starts rapidly flashing red and blue. Hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is actually very easy to do. When you take them out of their charging case make sure you turn them off. Once both are off hold both buttons down ON BOTH OF THE EARBUDS for 12 seconds or more until they both start blinking. Then place them back in the case. This will reset them and once you take them back out you should be able to pair them no problem to your new phone. STEPS: 1: turn both earbuds off 2: hold both earbud buttons down for 12 or more seconds until they start blinking 3: place back into case for a minute 4: take them back out and pair :)
