- Answer Your TV must have bluetooth capability to pair with these headphones, If it does, activate bluetooth on your TV (turn it on), and follow the procedure to pair the headphones.

- Answer Mine charges mine without being plugged in. There is also a button on the front that you can push to see the lights that tell how charged the box is. If yours doesn’t charge your headphones without being plugged in, then I would guess that it is defective.
