A:Answer this happened to me once. this is what i did: keep in mind the sesh needs to pair with itself first befor it can be paired with a bluetooth device. first disconnet all devices from sesh earbuds. then put both earbuds in the holder untill both shows a red light indicating both is charging. pull out the left on out first. push the button on the ear buds 6 times. put the left one back and do it for the right side. push the button 6 times. it will reset the earbuds. after both is put back wait for the solid red indicating changing again. now pull them out together then wait for it to connest with each other they should flash blue together indicating its ready to charge. turn on the bluetooth from any device. search for sesh then connect. I love these earbuds. simple, great sound, BASS, and cheap. if i ever loose it ill just simply go buy another. 40 bucks?, on sale for 30 WHAT!? Okay! <3 makes life much more easier than it already is. :p
