They're wired. They don't need charging.

There is no battery for these headphones, they're not Bluetooth. The device their plugged into powers them.

these are not the wireless version. I made this mistake and purchased this pair thinking they were wireless, but they are wired, so no battery. best buy should update their website to show that this is the wired pair, the wireless version (same name) are $50

It's not really a question to laugh at considering Best Buy has these listed as wireless. If you filter a headphone search for wireless, less than $50, these are on the list and if you're in a hurry and not paying attention, yes that's me, you'll end up with headphones that are not wireless and do not include a carrying case as indicated.
