“Hi, I've had these Headphones for almost 2 years. Today, they just randomly stopped working. I can still charge them, as it turns Red whenever I plug the charger in. I try holding down the Power button but it doesn't turn on. Any help would be nice.”

It's probably still the rechargeable battery. The charger may work, but batteries may not hold charge. I have never had a Bluetooth headset or earpiece last more than 2 years. :(

Please try again later.probably a bad connection in the earbuds. somewhat common for skull candys to have one earbud or both just stop working. that's what happened to my last set which led to my purchase of these. ..which I regret. would 10/10 return these if I were still in the return period.
