  • QuestionHas anyone had a problem with your headphones disconnecting from your phone? I listen to my music all day long at work. If I have my headphones on and don't mess with it for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, they shut off and my music blares through my phone.

    • Answer I have a samsung note 9. All you have to do is go into your bluetooth settings. Switch on the scan option in the upper right corner of the page, Then press down and hold on the on/off button until it says pairing. Once that is mentioned, then click on the device that reads method wirelesson your phone. When the headset is connected it will say pairing complete. And you're all set afterwards. Your phone should automatically connect to your phone once paired after disconnecting the headset. You can also switch the name of your bluetooth device to quickly identify it when connected.

    • Answer No they are not retractable but there is a place to loop them around themselves. These are great Bluetooth earbuds for the price. In my book Skull candy headphones have the best sound hands down.

    • Answer You should be able to. My Bose SoundSport headphones work with my Android phone even though the package says "Made for Apple products". If that's the case, there should not be any problem with phone calls whatsoever.

  • QuestionI have had this happen now twice. I have my Method headset paired with my Google Pixel and Mac. I was listening to my Mac and when I finished I went to shut the headset off and both the RED and BLUE lights are on but the headset is not off.

Now, it works with my ZTE MAX, an asus usb2 bt dongle, and my dad's older s5 with some connectivity issues at times depending on the angle of the phone.

    • Answer Look at a youtube video to help you see the design itself. The edge of the neckband that on one side has vol + power and the battery and charge port on the other. there is a groove and you can slip the headphone cords back into the neck across the length with your thumb as you slide it manually across the curved shape.
