Q: QuestionI purchased an app from the Apple store...Photolemur3 and when I type in the activitation code, a response comes back that it is incorrect. I have tried contacting Skylum Photolemur Store and also mailer@fastspring,com but there is no help.

• A:Answer Yes same happened to me and I got ZERO HELP as well! So I found out it was the versioning that was the issue! I found a download of Photolemur "2" trial and used the code I purchased from Best Buy and it unlocked it. I've been using it ever since with out issue. I think I only paid $6 so was OK with the fact I did not get the version 3. Cant remember where I found the download but was a pretty easy GOOGLE Search from what I remember. Hope this helps! -JR
