Hello Robert, Thank you for your interest in Skyroam. We partner with a variety of carriers, therefore it would work in areas that have more than just AT&T carrier access. In the unlimited plans you are entitled to 20GB of high speed data and then speeds are slowed. We hope this helps. Thank you!
