“I've read from other that the cooling is AIO, but does it mean that I have to change the water in it or do I not touch it? Also saw that people had built problems, would I get a new one for free if its broken without warranty? Wanna know if its worth it.”

The AIO comes with water already in it, and it keeps the CPU under 50 degrees even under heavy load. If you receive the PC broken (I did not) then you can exchange it with BestBuy. I believe that the PC does also come with a year of warranty, and you can buy more.
