I just bought this. While I was browsing and the desktop is NOT hot, the PC shut down itself. I tries to turn it back on right after that but the LED light of power doesnt turn on, and the PC as well. Unplug the power in the wall and 10s after it turn on null

The power supply is bad. I replaced mine, and haven't had an issue since.

I'm having this same issue, contacted HP customer support, and thru Logmein HP attempted to solve and fix the problem remotely with no luck. The computer didnt power off(instantly like pulling the plug) for 10 days after the first attempt, but started doing it again about 3 days ago. Now it is instantly shutting off randomly every time I use it, sometimes multiple times within an hour. Computer is not hot, can not turn back on without unplugging first, and windows updating is not the culprit since auto update is turned off. If anyone has come up with a legitimate solution I'm all ears.

If this issue happens again I would reach out to HP support for assistance. It could have been an update that it was downloading. Windows 10 has automatic updates that could restart the computer at unusual times.
