I had the last generation Slimline 270 because I really liked the form factor. Doesn't take too much space on my desk but makes all the ports within reach. This is the updated model and is improved on a number of fronts. 1. Uses standard 65-Watt Intel Core i7 CPU instead of the 35-Watt on the last gen. This makes a big difference if the workload stresses CPU for an extended period of time, think 3D CAD, video transcoding, engineering simulation and gaming. This is possible because the case air flow has been redesigned. 2. Increasing number of cores from 4 to 6 by virtue of 8th generation Core architecture. 3. More efficient 80Plus Gold rated power supply unit. 4. Redesigned keyboard and mouse. The keyboard and mouse on the last gen were THE worse input devices I have ever used. This new set I'd say is above average. Much improved and aesthetically pleasing too. 5. Dual slot PCIe expansion instead of single-slot on the last gen. So better compatibility with a discrete GPU. 6. Available M.2 slot for PCIe NVMe/SATA SSD. Overall a great computer. Extremely fast and runs quiet.

This system is amazing. Dropped in another 8 gig ram stick, m2 ssd and a low profile gtx 1050ti. You got your self a $1500 + power house at the fraction of the cost. Simply amazing.

I picked up this PC rig on a pretty incredible deal. For the price, it was just what I was looking for. This PC setup is a reliable business rig. For the gamers out there, understand that this PC includes a Intel hd630 graphics card which is incorporated on the motherboard. So no, this PC will not run Fortnite or current gen games. For running applications, handling business for my online job, this PC works great.

I purchased this computer for home and business. It has a great combination of features and speed for a great price when on sale. It easily handles everything thrown at it in terms of the use of multiple applications running at the same time. I'd buy it again!

I use this PC to monitor multiple 4K cameras simultaneously. It works like a champ, is small in form factor. I did add a dedicated (inexpensive) dedicated video card and found it very easy access the board. Really happy with the purchase!

This small form-factor HP i7 is great for business. Includes HDMI & VGA connections, plenty of RAM and storage. Highly recommend it.

Good basic computer, I liked getting an i7 processor at this price. Small footprint. Just added an old monitor and was up and running in no time. Found the default power settings were shutting me down frequently at first but no complaints once that was adjusted. Would buy again.

This product is as advertised. It works well in an office environment. It has good amount of ram, and HD space. I mainly use it for Office purposes will probably need an upgrade a graphics card if you want to play games. Overall the system is functional and I am satisfied

Over all really like this computer. The guts are high quality and ahead of the curve. Only a couple downsides. Pretty easy to topple over, without covering the vents needs to be blocked up. The disk drive is not motorized, very similar to a laptop disk drive, personally not a fan.

After exchanging the first CPU, the second one is working fine. Good Black Friday deal for this Intel Core i7 CPU. Very fast and efficient, and compact for space saving. The first CPU was slow and the fan keeps on running. The painful feeling is getting Best Buy to give the same discount price exchange. After close to an hour in store, Best Buy was able to exchange (return & reorder a new one to be pick in store).

Caught this on sale for $499 and so far not many complaints. Good processor and plenty of storage. My only complaint is that the keyboard and mouse that came with it are kind of cheap.

The speed is great and it is easy to use. Wasn't sure about Windows 10 but they have improved it. Only thing I did not like was that they want everything to go to the cloud.

You have to upgrade the BIOS, otherwise there will be random shutdown issue. I also upgraded RAM and changed HDD to NVMe SSD. It's working perfectly now!

Was looking for something more compact and fast, and this computer meets the profile. Also, upgraded the computer to an SSD, and it blazing fast!

Slim cases, very compact and lighter. 8gb RAM windows 10. Core i7 8th Gen all this for $499. Very good deal!

Compact and fast. So far humming quietly like a champ. Low power consumption with modern interface ports. Reliable so far being left on 24x7.
