    I was able to replace our old PC with a reasonably-priced computer. It was nice to be able to find what I need in the open-box section and I really appreciate using Geek Squad services to transfer my data from the old PC.

    I bought the computer for a month. It has shut down itself for 5 times. when I tried to turn back on, it did not work. I read about the silimar review. but I dont know what i can do now. I throw all the packed box, dont know if i still could return it.

    At the beginning, I was happy with this product, but when the days started to pass the CPU began to have some issues. Apparently, it heats up very quickly, and because of the heat, it turns off randomly. I had to return the CPU because it started to randomly turn off more often.

    I am very disappointed in this desktop. I needed an i7 because I'm trying to run Adobe Premiere Pro on it but it's slow and janky all the time. The screen goes black while it's struggling to catch up, it's always "loading," it takes a long time to boot up....you get the idea. I've had it less than a year and I'm thinking about getting a new one. I'm done with HP. No wonder it was on sale.
