“I have a current SSD that I moved over from my old PC to replace the 1TB traditional drive this system came with. Unfortunately it says my SSD drive doesn't have an OS and won't boot however, this is false because it works perfectly in my older computer.”

You should download the Windows 10 media creation tool and boot from a USB. Then do a clean install of the Operating system. If you used an M.2 SSD you will have to change the boot order.
