It may not be linked, not sure how/why. You can try resetting bulb and relinking again. The steps to reset a smart bulb is on manufacturers website

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The light switch might have gotten manually turned off or on ? This happened to me. I had to manually turn the lamp on then ask google to turn lamp on and then ask it to the to turn lamp off. Of course the lamp switch was already on but it did turn the light off upon request. Its working fine now !
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try turning the light on and tell Google to turn it off then be sure to leave light switch in the “on” position. This worked for me.
