• It’s not a question of indoor or outdoor use. Bluetooth will be the limitation. It’s definitely going to last longer and be more functional to most people needs indoors.

• If it is covered I would think so, like under a patio. I had some under my patio outside. But finally found some dust to dawn on Amazon and now I do not do anything but let it turn on & off on its own.
