• You can do that by setting up a 'routine' in Google Home. I have a bedroom light turn on 5:50 AM Monday through Friday for example.

• Not sure about sync with alarm. Probably depends on the alarm. You can set up an event to schedule the lights on at 6am.

• You will have to download the c-life app to be able to schedule the time the lights turn on or off. It would be independent of any timer.

• Yes, just say hey Google set an alarm at 6 am and turn my light on with it.
