Is this good for a 5 year old null

Yes, with adult supervision. I don't think he/she could do it on their own.

Possibly! The box says ages 8 years old and up, but my little brother got his first set when he was 6 years old and he loves them! It likely depends on the individual cognitive development of the child you would be giving it to.

I don't think so it has small parts and is mostly kids 8 and up
