• Correct, otherwise you will not get it at half price of 14.99 plus tax. It is an exchange program so that you recycle the container. Before, tax was not charged since container was exchanged. Either the law changed and co2 is now taxable, or somebody got greedy. Either way, it is still half price and you are recycling container.
