Yes - I have bewn doing it for over 2 years now - HOWEVER supposedly SODASTREAM decides how many refills to send them and on what schedule! I have been there multiple times and they have NOT had any exchange ones left! They said to call their number and ask for customer service to find out about availability BUT NOBODY EVER PICKS UP AS YOU WAIT ON THE PHONE!!!!!! Bottomline you are stuck trying it, which I think is DEPLORABLE state for BESTBUY’s MBeach store! Not sure I would believe the in-stock availability for the item if you check online for that store, as I am not sure they scan them in (as being in inventory). Not a definite answer I know BUT the real lissue is with that store NOT ANSWERING their phone so you can ask!
