You shipped them back in the same box. But make sure you keep all tracking information & any info you can. I’ve learned the hard way that’s why I go to Best Buy.

Just put your old cartridges in the box, put the sticker on the box and mail it back to the company. However, you might want to take the box to the Post Office because it probably won't fit in your mailbox.
