“Can this be used to carbonate juice, tea, or lemonade as well?”

You could use it to carbonate anything you wanted really. I don't know of long/well it would last though.

I don’t believe so. You can’t even put their flavoring in it before you carbonate. It would probably create too much fizz.

Yes, you can!!! You will need to fizz part of the water, and then, add it to whatever you want. I do with frozen juice and with essential oils

No The manufacture does not recommend it but you can add anything after you made the sparkling water.
