Geek Squad is primarily appointment based. So while most stores do accept walk-ins, we strongly suggest scheduling an appointment that fits your schedule. This will avoid any wait time at the store. Geek Squad is definitely able to update you to Windows 10. The service itself is $99 and includes the installation of the OS, all Windows updates, drivers, and anything else that may be required to have the OS run as expected. However, you will need a Windows 10 install media. This will run an additional $99 from BestBuy or you can provide your own copy should you already possess one.
