Hi AnneB – It’s going to depend on which support package you have. If you have an AppleCare plan, we’d need to get hands on with the computer in one of our stores. Please go to www.geeksqaud.com/schedule to set up a reservation. If you have a Geek Squad 24/7 Support plan, we may be able to help you out remotely, though if it comes to a full software reset that would need to be hands on as well.
