A:Answer Yes! I have 3 eufycam 2 pro 2ks. One had drained down to about 17% battery life. I installed these and connected them and within days, I was up to 100% battery life and have held that in direct North Carolina sun! Please note: Manufacturer calls for the cam to be fully charged when these are plugged in but I thought I would test out their ability to charge rather than “keep them topped off.” These are really fantastic little solar chargers.
As for the mounting hardware, it is very sturdy and locks things solidly in place. I decided to use different gutter mounts for mine to mount them to the gutters for direct sunlight, but I use the included mounts for the cams themselves, which are heavier then the panels. They lock in very sturdy. My only concern would be that the panels are flat and wide and could catch a lot of that 40 MPH wind you mentioned. In any case, the mounts are very sturdy.
