We hardwired our ring doorbell. It was easy since we had pre-existing wiring. If you don’t you can get a kit from Amazon to run a wire from the doorbell to an interior outlet or now there is a solar charger for the doorbell itself. The solar charger is a small solar panel that goes around the doorbell. The solar chargers for the exterior camera and light combo are awesome, they work very well.

Best way would be to contact Ring support. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If it is out there or can bee done, they will let you know. Their support is one of the best in ANY business.
