Reset and try again with another phone delete the app and reinstall
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Redbank, If your power goes out or your home wifi network goes down, depending on how long your Stick Up Cam has been disconnected from the network, it should reconnect on its own without you having to manually reset it each time. If it does not, here are step by step instructions for reconnecting your device: To do this, navigate to Device Health for Stick Up Cam that is offline by selecting it in the main dashboard of the Ring app, then selecting Device Health. Once you're on the Device Health screen, select Reconnect to wifi and follow the in-app prompts. In certain cases, if the power goes out and is restored immediately, this can cause a reset, making the doorbell to enter setup mode. Also ensure your camera’s battery is 100% charged.
