Can this be mounted on gutter? null

I'd say no to this. I know my gutters and every gutter I've ever seen are pretty thin and will not hold the screws, mount, or solar panel. If you are creative and maybe put a board behind the gutter to screw the bracket into that may work but its going to take some messing around.
