Hello. We're more than glad to help you with this matter. Our Solis devices work with cell signals. That being said, our devices must receive cell signals from the towers to work properly. If the unit is able to receive signals from the towers, you shouldn't have any issues. I hope this answers your question.

If you are in a limited service area, you may have issues connecting; however, if the unit is able to receive signals from the towers, you shouldn't have any issues.
