“If I have a projector or TV that only has HDMI ports and I want to use this amp along with the MAG5.1 speakers for surround sound, how am I supposed to connect the TV or projector to the amp?”

I'm assuming if you have the 5.1 speaker setup then you have a receiver already. basically you would use the preouts from your receiver or Zone 2. and connect it to this AMP.
