A:AnswerThis product is made only for BestBuy/Magnolia, it is a hybrid of a bunch of things that Sonance does and they don't include it as a product in their catalog. Sometimes you find sellers on other sites reselling them, but they just got them for a sale price and then sell them at retail.
P.S. - These things are great, I run them in my 7.2/Atmos home theater and they handle action and music very well. Love them. They go on sale for a lot off retail - so watch for them!

Thanks for your question! The Sonance MAG6R in-ceiling speakers are not Bluetooth compatible on their own. These are passive speakers, which means they need to be connected to a separate amplifier or AV receiver. If you want to stream Bluetooth audio, you'll need to pair them with a Bluetooth-enabled amplifier or receiver.

A:AnswerThe speaker is 4.75 inches and this would require a wall built from 2x6 lumber (5.5 inches plus .5 inch drywall gives you 6 inches of space. A wall with 2x4 lumber would only provide 4 inches of space. Depending on your location moisture vapor barrier may be an issue and you may need to build a box around the speaker out of foam or something. I would have the same concern around a ceiling with an attic. I have my installed in between levels of my home with fiberglass insulation around the speaker but not against it. No moisture will be moving or condensing since there isn't temperature variations in the space.
A:AnswerIf you have a subwoofer there's no need to send such low frequencies to these speakers. Typically you don't want to go any lower than 80hz on a non-subwoofer speaker especially when you have a sub in the mix. Let the sub to what it's designed to do.

Do you have the correct wire red for red and black for black?
Has the speaker wire going to the speaker with no sound been compromised? Damaged, split?
If all of the above has been verified then I would say it may be the amp channel, because if no power is being used by the speaker because it is defective it would not send a surge back to the receiver.
A:AnswerNo you cannot, these are significantly larger than that. I tried the same thing and had to return them. They are more like the size of an 8 inch speaker.
