Hi, Thanks for your question. The Sonance MAG8R speakers are designed for easy in-ceiling installation using integrated Roto-Lock® mounting clamps. Once the cutout is made and the speaker is placed in the ceiling, you simply tighten the screws, and the clamps automatically engage to secure the speaker to the drywall. No additional brackets or mounting hardware needed. I hope you found this information helpful.
