• Yes both the woofer and tweeter can be independently pivoted.

• YES, this has both a pivoting woofer and tweeter. I had to go to the Sonance website and d/l the PDF manual to discover this. Peace and blessings, Azeke

• The cone itself can pivot depending on the pressure that you put on the out rim (see instructions that come with it). The tweeter itself doesn't pivot. I'm surprised that the MAG8R are $200 more considering the specs are practically identical. At best, the MAG8R should be about $50 more but not $200.

• This model looks exactly like MAG6R which has pivoting woofer or pivoting tweeter. I am surprise this model which is a lot more expensive then MAG6R and doesn't have this important feature.
