Yes they can. All rhe speakers would be playing the smae thing at the same level. You wouldnt be able to have 1 set off and one on.

Did you ever get an answer to that question? I had the same idea here and can't find an answer anywhere. Sonos amp with 2 sets of speakers for a 4.2... is that enough power?
