Hi, Thanks for your question. The Sonance MS Wireless Kit will not work with a Sonos Ultra soundbar and Sonos subwoofer. Sonos soundbars and subwoofers use Sonos’ proprietary wireless connection, and they do not provide the standard line-level subwoofer outputs required for the MS Wireless Kit. The MS Wireless Kit is designed for use with non-Sonos systems that have a traditional wired subwoofer output and a powered subwoofer with line-level inputs.
