Hi, Thanks for your question. Yes, this kit is compatible with the subwoofer inside the MAG5.1R package. You will also need an RCA cable for this transmitter, in-wall rated speaker wire for the five speakers, an A/V receiver, and a source like a cable box or steaming device.
