- Answer Hi, Thank you for your question. We do not recommend adding any additional speakers to the MAG6.1 system. The included (6) satellite speakers and (1) subwoofer is the maximum number of speakers you should connect to the Sonos amp. Adding more speakers may result in an unacceptable load which could damage the Sonos amp. I hope you found this information helpful. - Answer The MAG Series is not the same as the Patio Series. Best Buy wanted to have their version to push and have Sonance supply equipment that is cheaper. I’d choose Patio Series all day long
