I had to get separate brackets for my Sonance speakers. Do i need to do the same for this? or does it already come with the installation bracket?
Asked by Ani.
- A:Answer Hi, Thanks for your question. This subwoofer is part of a system that requires the use of an in-wall enclosure. You can view the Reference 10" Sub Enclosure here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sonance-reference-10-in-wall-subwoofer-enclosure-each-black/5704004.p?skuId=5704004 I would also recommend using our amp to properly power the subwoofer. You can view the Sonamp DSP 2-150 MKII amplifier here: https://www.sonance.com/electronics/amplifiers/dsp If you have additional questions, or if you would like some assistance selecting the right Sonance product, please call our California-based support team at 949-492-7777 and ask for Tech Support. Q: QuestionHow does this subwoofer connect to a normal AVR receiver? Trying to connect to Onkyo TX-NR6100. I don't know if this has a LFE connection either.
Asked by Anish.
- A:Answer This product is a passive subwoofer (not powered) so it does not have a LFE input. You need a dedicated amplifier to power this sub and that amplifier would need to have the LFE input. Then you would connect your receiver to that amp.
