“What does the packaging look like? Is the Sonos bar itself wrapped up in the box? Is the Box in a Cardboard box? I ask because mine had no wrapping and it seems this was previously opened. What should I look for to make sure it was new and unopened?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, my son came inside its own box inside a shipping box. Both boxes were damaged, and the souls was not individually wrapped. It had me thinking the same thing I feel like mine was used as well. But I’m thinking that it wasn’t and that’s how it comes. Haven’t had any issues. Everything is fine and I love it. But I understand how you feel cause I felt the same way.
