Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.So that answer is complicated. Short answer is that it has Bluetooth capability and you can use it as a speaker by linking it with your phone. It will also connect wirelessly with other Sonos speakers and subwoofers. However the feature I purchased this for was to connect it via Bluetooth to the Hisense Frame TV that I also bought at Best Buy. The salesman at the Detwitt, NY store bold face lied to me and told me it would connect via Bluetooth to my TV. I bought both of them at the store and clearly asked about the compatibility of both units. After I got them both unboxed and read instructions for both the beam would not connect. I read numerous tutorials online and plugged it into AI search engines and the ultimate conclusion is that you have to connect it to the TV with an HDMI cable. That was the whole reason I bought it was to have one less wire to conceal from the frame tv. I bought it around thanksgiving. Not sure if I can return it but I am going to try.
