      The bridge is all u really need. The boost is pretty much an upgrade version of the bridge that offers more connectivity features and better wifi range and improved performance. My bridge works just fine for me, no issues with performance.

        Yes you can. There is a desktop application that is free for Sonos. And as long as your computer is not asleep, you can stream music on your computer to your Sonos speakers.

        You need a bridge to connect to the wifi OR you can use a home networking cable (cat5 or cat 6) directly to the speaker.
